In these classes, you will learn the first steps and basic moves that form the foundation of pole dance. You will continue to need these in other styles and levels of difficulty. You will learn the first steps in pole dance: how to hold the pole, how to step around the pole, etc. Not only will you learn technical things like climbing and staying on the pole, but you'll also be taught some fun moves like chair-spin, attitude, back-hook... all moves that make you spin around! Towards the end, we start combining several moves in a row.
You will be introduced to the different forms and styles of pole dance, giving you the opportunity to then progress to the dance style that suits you best. We recommend taking at least one Pole Base session before moving on. It is best to follow the whole series, but you can join in at different times.
Not sure if pole dance is for you? Don't hesitate to follow an initiation first.
